David Lipsick, Sr. Associate

David Lipsick joined Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. in mid-2016. For over 35 years, Mr. Lipsick has been involved in commercial, residential and industrial construction, development and property management.

David’s experience includes involvement in portfolios of neighborhood shopping centers, value-oriented retail complexes, industrial warehouses, self-storage facilities, office buildings and apartment complexes. That portfolio exceeded 6 million square feet of commercial space and 1 million square feet of self-storage facilities throughout the state of Florida.

Prior experience includes involvement as the management broker for the Federal Housing Administration and Veteran’s Administration in Dade County, where he maintained a five-year contract to exclusively manage and rehab over 1,000 government owned single family homes prior to their resale.

Mr. Lipsick has also served in the capacity as a State Court Appointed Receiver and as a Federal Bankruptcy Court Trustee. Those matters included the reorganization of many complex real estate transactions. One major assignment was the Festival Flea Market at Sample Road and the Florida Turnpike. The property was debilitated by the owner/developer. Mr. Lipsick was appointed as the receiver and later trustee. The shopping center required complete renovation, leasing and management.

David had also been involved in the ownership and operations of restaurants and nightclubs for the past twelve years in Palm Beach County.

In addition, Mr. Lipsick was involved with Security Works, LLC; a professional security consulting company, where they provided high-risk security protection for high crime locations through South Florida from 2007-2014.

Mr. Lipsick was also involved with Canyon Acquisitions, LLC. Canyon was the developer of The Placencia Resort, Marina and Residences located on 6,500-acres in a gated luxury community in Belize; Central America.
