Jim’s primary focus is in retail leasing and assisting corporate and medical businesses with their office requirements. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has proven his ability to meet the needs of small “mom and pop” shops, as well as large corporations, participating in more than 625 transactions, representing over $30 million.

Earlier in his career, Jim developed a nationwide medical transportation business, servicing insurance companies and medical facilities. He went on to establish One Medical Marketing, providing marketing and consulting services to physicians and medical professionals throughout Florida to expand business and patient referrals. As personal marketing representative, he promoted his clients’ medical practices and facilities to insurance adjusters via on-site visits and continuing education seminars.

Originally from New York, Jim has called Palm Beach County home for over 42 years. He now lives in Palm Beach Gardens with wife Susan. His two sons, Jimmy and Nicholas, reside in Boca Raton.
