Kerry has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1991 and joined Reichel  Realty in 2013.

Among major assignments, Kerry served as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Florida Power & Light Company’s surplus land dispositions in the State of Florida for three years. This portfolio consisted of 33 properties in excess of 350 acres.

Kerry earned his Florida Real Estate Sales Person license and became a designated member of  the Society of Industrial and office Realtors (SIOR) in 1991. During his career, he has taken a leadership role in industry organizations and been recognized as a top producer. This includes terms as President of the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County, Director of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and as a member of the Business Development Board’s Industrial Revenue Committee.
