A Full Circle Moment
35 years after opening for business in an 10 x 12 office at West Palm’s Landmark Commerce Center, Reichel was tapped to sell the complex in 2021. In a $34 million off-market transaction, we negotiated the sale to investment firm Alliance Partners and have now been engaged to manage and lease the 200,000 sf industrial project.
