Active in commercial real estate for over 40 years, Peter joined the firm in 2003, specializing in the sale of investment properties. Previously, as Vice President with Trammell Crow Company, he spearheaded some of the region’s most prominent office, industrial and retail property sales. He taps deep experience in all phases of the business, including leasing and management, workouts and receivership.

Peter’s notable transactions include the sale of 10 Publix-anchored South Florida shopping centers and the historic Comeau building in downtown West Palm Beach. He has been responsible for liquidation of a $100 million commercial property portfolio management and disposition of a $300 million portfolio of real estate owned (REO) and non-performing loans for a Federal Savings Bank. As Senior Portfolio Manager for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), he directed the sale of its REO in the eastern half of the U.S. and helped establish national policies for the sale of real estate as a member of the FDIC’s national review committee.

A licensed real estate broker since 1975, Peter attended University of Florida, Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College where he taught accredited real estate courses as adjunct faculty.
