Stan joined Reichel Realty in 2020 with a 30+ year track record in construction and large-scale building maintenance. He takes pride in his job, using his know-how, careful organization and planning to lower maintenance costs and head off problems for owners and tenants of Reichel-managed properties.
Most recently, Stan was a maintenance technician at the University of South Florida’s 230,000 sf Marshal Student Center with its 8 restaurants, 720 seat theatre and 10,000 sf ball room. He started his career in the building trades while in high school and worked as an apprentice carpenter for 10 years. In 1994, he opened his own construction business and earned a great reputation for turning homeowners’ ideas and plans into reality.
Stan was born and raised in Lamar, Missouri, a small town known as the birthplace of Harry S. Truman and where Wyatt Earp had his first police job. He was very active in his community through scouting and church youth groups, as both a youth and adult leader.
After his youngest son’s graduation, Stan relocated to Florida to pursue a dream of working in a warmer climate and being close to the water. He lives in Jupiter and when not at work, enjoys spending time with his family and being in the outdoors. He has two children back in Missouri and Oklahoma, three grandchildren and four grand dogs.
