Steve joined the firm in 2018 and specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in Palm Beach County. Recognized as one of the County’s leading brokers for some 30 years, he has represented both owners and tenants in over 3 million square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $1 billion.

Steve’s primary focus is on landlord and tenant representation. With his deep market experience, marketing and lease negotiation skills and extensive construction knowledge, Steve has built strong relationships with some of South Florida’s largest landlords and investors. These include TA Realty, Apollo Real Estate, JP Morgan, Asset Management, ING Clarion, Crocker Realty Trust, Stiles, C3 Capital Partners, The Lionstone Group, MetLife, BRPH, Wilmington Trust, Battelle, McKesson and T. Rowe Price.

A Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986, Steve has earned recognition as a top broker from organizations including the Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA) and CoStar’s Top 20 Brokers. His professional involvement has included the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.

Steve is a graduate of the Boston University School of Management (Cum Laude) and completed various courses at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council.

Steve and his wife Sue reside in Jupiter with their dog Louie.
